Petrovouni (Greek, Modern: Πετροβούνι, Katharevoussa: -on, literally rocky mountain), older form: -on is a Greek 25 km southeast of Ioannina in in the municipality of Tzoumerka (Ioannina, Epirus), Greece. Its population is 198 people (2001 census). Until the early to mid 20th century, its village name was the Slavic originated Vastavetsi (Βασταβετσι).

Tzoumerka is located south of Metsovo, nearly west of Trikala, north of Arta and southeast of Ioannina. Built on the slopes of Athamanika or Tzoumerka at 1,030 m. The Arachthos River lies a few kilometers to the northwest. Much of the area is mountainous and forested with pine, cypresses and cedars, farmlands are around the village and barren land are at the highest elevations.
